Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a capable Viewer Experience Intern for Disney Streaming, APAC (excl KR and JP). You will report to the VX Manager, APAC and collaborate with the Disney Streaming team and other business units to enhance customer experiences for viewers.

You will support BPO operational performance, drive improvements in VX processes, and work full-time on-site in Singapore from January to June 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Must be available for full-time internship January to June 2027.
• Must be on-site for the full internship period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly Viewer Experience performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Disney Streaming teams.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and root causes.
