Job summary

The Walt Disney Company Singapore is seeking a Viewer Experience Intern for Disney+ APAC. This on-site role in Singapore runs January to July 2027, reporting to the VX Manager, APAC, and supporting BPO performance, APAC CS process improvements, and viewer KPIs.

The internship targets undergraduates in Business Administration or related fields who are self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile and deliver weekly Viewer Experience performance reports for BPO performance and trends.
• Pull ad hoc BPO performance reports as needed.
• Run weekly check-ins with BPOs and share updates.
• Take and distribute meeting notes as required.
• Provide daily operational support for BPOs on contact drivers and customer feedback.
• Communicate VX team concerns across the business; collaborate on product initiatives.
• Assist with investigatory work; analyze performance data to identify trends and root causes.
• Audit and troubleshoot product issues; escalate to product/engineering as needed.
