A Vietnamese cuisine bistro is currently looking for a competent and responsible Vietnamese Cuisine Trainer to be part of a new journey of venturing into the F&B/hospitality industry.
The Trainer shall be a confident, effective, and efficient educator who is able to coach, motivate and work collaboratively with kitchen staff and trainees. He/She will be responsible for delivering hands-on culinary training, ensuring trainees meet food preparation standards, and instilling knowledge of cost control, food safety, and kitchen operations.
