Responsibilities include filming and editing for reels and social videos, planning concepts, and assisting with marketing tasks while ensuring high-quality visuals and compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Media/Communications or related video production experience.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu and YouTube.
• Proficient with Canva, CapCut and other creative tools.
• Able to work independently and in teams; proactive with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook and TikTok.
• Plan, storyboard, and conceptualize video ideas based on the brief.
• Set up framing, lighting, fonts and composition for each shot.
• Conduct interviews and record audio when needed.
• Stay updated on video trends and share insights with the team.
• Execute and schedule posts across social channels as required.
• Monitor content performance on major platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Organize and back up video files; ensure copyright compliance.
• Create thumbnails using Canva.
• Assist in marketing ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Film & edit short videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook videos and TikTok
• Plan, storyboard, and conceptualise creative ideas for video content based on the agreed brief
• Determining size and arrangements of illustrative materials, font styles and sizes and ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting for each shot
• Conduct interviews and record audio for video projects when necessary
• Stay up-to-date on video trends and best practices, and share that knowledge with the team
• Execute & schedule post image and video-based content across social media channels, depending on the requirements of each channel
• Monitoring the results of content delivered on major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram
• Ensure the proper storage, organization, and backup of video files and assets.
• Ensure compliance with legal and copyright regulations during the production process.
• Create thumbnails using Canva
• Assist in any marketing ad-hoc tasks

Job requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Media/Communications, or equivalent work experience in video or film production
• Good understanding of social media best practices
• Familiar in social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Xiao Hong Shu and YouTube
• Proficient in Creative applications (Canva, Capcut) etc.
• Knowledge in content creation
• Knowledge of Canva is a plus
• Can work both independently and in teams
• Proactive, with a positive and can-do attitude
