Responsibilities

• Shoot corporate videos, interviews, and events with professional lighting and audio.
• Capture short-form social content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; adapt to on-the-day changes.
• Set up, operate, and pack down cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting and audio gear; manage shot lists and locations.
• Edit footage into finished videos with color correction, audio cleanup and captions; export per platform specs.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, copywriters, and account teams to bring concepts to life.

Role Description We’re looking for a hands-on videographer who can run corporate and social media shoots from setup to wrap, and edit the footage when needed.

You’ll lead camera on a mix of client and in-house projects, from corporate videos, interviews and events to fast-paced social media content. We’re looking for someone who can do more than point a camera. You should be able to set up a shoot properly, light and frame it well, capture clean audio, and get everything the edit needs.

What You’ll Do

Corporate Shoots

• Shoot corporate videos, including company profiles, interviews, testimonials, training videos and events.
• Set up interview shoots with multi-camera angles, controlled lighting and clean audio.
• Work professionally with clients, senior management and talent on set, and keep shoots running on schedule.

Social Media Shoots

• Shoot short-form, vertical content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, often handheld or on a gimbal.
• Work quickly in run-and-gun settings, adapting to on-the-day changes while keeping shots on-brief.
• Capture B-roll, hooks and alternate takes that give the edit room to work.

Equipment & Production

• Set up, operate and pack down production equipment, including cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting and audio gear.
• Plan the technical side of each shoot: shot lists, kit lists, lighting and audio setups, and location recces.
• Manage data on set: offload, back up and label footage so nothing is lost.
• Maintain the equipment inventory, flag repairs and keep all gear shoot-ready.

Video Editing

• Edit footage into finished corporate and social media videos, including colour correction, audio clean-up and captions.
• Use AI video tools to generate footage through effective prompting, and edit it with live-action footage into finished videos.
• Export and deliver in the right formats and aspect ratios for each platform.

Team & Collaboration

• Work closely with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, producers and account teams to bring ideas to life.
• Take on client and internal feedback and turn revisions around quickly.
