Tropic Media is hiring a Video Production Lead to oversee our productions. We're a social-first content studio behind Tropic Monsters TV, Tropic TitBit, Tropic Street, and J Tropic.

This full-time role requires hands-on leadership on set, planning, and coordinating with post-production to ensure smooth shoots.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of camera, lighting & production workflow.
• Organised and able to manage multiple moving parts.
• Confident leading a crew on shoot day.
• Resourceful problem-solver on set.
• Strong communication skills.

• Post-shoot wrap (equipment return, footage handover)
