Job description

• Position : Video Producer (Real Estate) - Up to $3,500 - Chinatown
• Location : Chinatown
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Shoot videos using professional cameras (Sony preferred), gimbals, and lighting setups.
• Cut footage, add motion graphics, color grade, and mix audio for polished final videos.
• Create compelling narratives that align with brand and project goals.
• Maintain gear, organize media, and manage video/music libraries.
• Fix technical issues quickly and adapt to production challenges.
• Collaborate with clients and team members while meeting tight deadlines.
• Source for royalty-free music suitable for respective projects.

Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in video production & editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Skilled with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong eye for visuals, pacing, and storytelling.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
• No Experience welcomed too, training will be provided!
