Job summary

SPH Media's Straits Times video team is seeking a creative videographer and editor to produce compelling video stories for our audiences across platforms. You will shoot and edit from long-form documentaries to short-form visuals, crafting content that informs and engages readers.

Qualifications

Must-have: knowledge of editing, trends, and a strong command of English.
Two years of relevant experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Cover a variety of video opportunities, including interviews, events, livestreams, and long-form features.
Shoot and edit videos for multiple platforms with emphasis on accuracy.
Plan, set up and execute video production per visual concept.
Craft creative visual content for target audiences and experiment with formats.
Collaborate with journalists and cross-functional teams to develop visual projects.
Stay updated on news, audience and content trends.
