Your passion for jump cuts, kinetic captions, and aesthetic pacing will be put to the test as you create 23 Instagram Reels per day, maintaining our high editing standards and pushing the boundaries of creativity.Datsme is on a mission to redefine modern friendships and intimacy through neuroscience, emotional compatibility, and innovative technology. As part of our Founder's Office team, you will collaborate closely with our creative team to bring script directions to life, work on raw clips, and brainstorm engaging video concepts that resonate with our audience.To excel in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail, a knack for storytelling, and proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Your editing style should be story-driven, emotional, and fast-paced, with clean typography, captivating transitions, and a human touch that sets our content apart.The ideal candidate will have experience in creating short-form reels, be proficient in creating captivating captions and callouts, and be willing to occasionally support longer-form video edits for platforms like YouTube and podcasts.
