You will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished, professional-quality videos. This will involve adding music, graphics, subtitles, and special effects as necessary. Collaboration with creative directors, producers, and marketing teams to achieve project objectives will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring brand consistency and visual quality across all video content is essential. You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines. Staying abreast of video trends, editing tools, and social media best practices is also part of the job.The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as a video editor, and a portfolio or demo reel will be required during the application process. Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is necessary. A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition is vital, along with basic skills in color correction and sound editing. You should be able to receive feedback constructively, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team. Previous experience in editing for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or others is a plus.Female-identifying creatives are encouraged to apply, and experience in a women-led or diversity-focused environment is preferred. A background in content creation, filmmaking, or graphic design would be advantageous for this role.This is a full-time position based in Zirakpur, Punjab. The ability to reliably commute to the workplace or plan to relocate before starting work is mandatory. A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is also preferred for this role.,
