But behind these big numbers are real people with real stories - and we need someone who can bring them to life!Were looking for a storyteller who doesnt just love data but can turn it into impactful, high-energy, and visually compelling videos. Think of salespeople hustling on the ground, Kirana stores making things happen, and brands growing every day - your job is to capture these moments and make them unforgettable.At Bizom, were all about Real Intelligence, and we want someone who can give our numbers a face, a voice, and a whole lot of personality. If youre great at making videos that people actually want to watch - this role is for you!The role is all about Storytelling meeting Strategy.Youll be the bridge between data and engagement, transforming internal insights and conversations into impactful content-both written and video-based-that our campaign managers can use to drive deeper connections with their cohorts.Beyond writing, youll also be involved in video creation and content distribution, giving you exposure to the full content lifecycle-from crafting compelling stories to amplifying them through the right channels. This means you wont just tell stories; youll bring them to life through engaging videos and ensure they reach the right audience at the right time.You will be primarily responsible for the content calendar, brand storytelling strategy, and video content production, making sure Bizoms stories are told in a way that truly resonates.What Youll Do Video Creation & Storyboarding Develop scripts and video content that bring our insights to life. Dig Out Stories from Data & Conversations Turn internal insights and numbers into compelling narratives. Every data point is a story. And we need somebody that can narrate meaningful, honest and nerdy stories about FMCG, tech and growth backed by data. Content for Engagement Create content that fuels our campaigns and helps campaign managers engage their cohorts. Lead Branding Channels Guide Bizoms social media, website, and other digital channels with engaging storytelling. Content Distribution & Lifecycle Ownership Ensure content is not just created but also distributed effectively. Build Thought Leadership Develop whitepapers, case studies, and reports that position Bizom as an industry authority.Who You Are A Video Enthusiast You understand the power of video and know how to leverage it to engage audiences. Skilled in Creating Compelling Video Content Proficient in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci. A Data-Driven Storyteller You love uncovering the story behind numbers and insights. A Content Strategist in the Making Youre more than just a writer; you think about brand positioning and distribution. Self-Driven & Passionate You dont need micromanagement. Youre passionate about content and obsessed with its impact.
