Job summary

ADA AI Pte Ltd is seeking an exceptional sales engineering professional to support the ADA sales team. You will demonstrate ADA VA solutions, conduct trials, and articulate the business value of our video analytics technology to customers.

The role blends pre-sales design with post-sales implementation and ongoing support. Responsibilities include working with the sales team to identify customer needs, mapping ADA VA technology to regional customers, and leading demonstrations,

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concepts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including setup and network configuration.
• Develop technical diagrams and sales documentation to support proposals.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs and Tender efforts for opportunities.
• Support project delivery with monitoring and management activities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs driving ADA VA adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and product management to map ADA VA tech to customers locally and regionally.
• Present ADA VA technology vision and business value through demonstrations and presentations.
• Develop expert knowledge of ADA VA functionality to meet customer requirements.
• Lead pre-sales design efforts and assist post-sales implementation and support.
