Job summary

You will mentor teachers, shape curriculum and pedagogy, and steer the school’s culture toward sustainable growth, ensuring policy compliance and exceptional learning outcomes. This senior role requires a master’s degree, international experience, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education is required; a Master’s degree is preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Significant international school leadership experience is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the school according to the school's policies and quality standards;
• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents.
• Guide and mentor teachers to raise the standard and performance of the school
• Plan, develop and implement the programme, curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.
• Lead the overall vision, culture, and academic direction of the school
• Support sustainable growth and high-quality educational outcomes policies and ensure full implementation across the school
• Any other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s degree preferred)
• Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in education, including at least 5 years in senior leadership (Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School level)
• Strong knowledge of:Cambridge International Curriculum (Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE)
• Proven experience in international school leadership
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to lead school growth and drive academic excellence
