NPS International School Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a strategic Principal for the Primary School to lead Early Years and Primary, drive pedagogical innovation and staff development in a dynamic international setting.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to ensure safeguarding, curriculum alignment with Cambridge and international standards, and a cohesive student journey across all phases.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status and a degree in Education or related field.
  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
  • Recognised leadership qualification such as NPQH or equivalent.
  • Proven successful track record of at least five years in Primary school leadership within a multicultural international school environment.
  • Experience with Cambridge or equivalent international curricula and knowledge of multiple curriculum approaches including IB.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pedagogical leadership, school improvement, and staff performance management.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in safeguarding, student welfare, and pastoral care within international schools.

  • Lead change management processes with empathy, professionalism, and clarity in a dynamic international school environment.
  • Ensure safeguarding, student wellbeing, and pastoral care policies are effectively implemented to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Uphold and strengthen the school's vision, values, and culture through visible, authentic, and integrity-driven leadership.
  • Manage staff performance and regulatory compliance to maintain high standards of professionalism and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of School and Senior Secondary Principal to ensure a seamless student journey across all school phases.
