Responsibilities:- Lead a team of solution architects and developers to ensure that the overall enterprise technology architecture supports company expansion goals
- Drive the group Enterprise IT Architectures and Roadmap across subsidiaries and countries, adopting a business-first approach for new solutions and maximizing for agility and simplicity
- Provide leadership for architects and developers, aligning teams within IT department on using application frameworks, services and architecture designs
- Lead team to evaluate, design and deploy new technology capabilities including enterprise collaboration systems, integration platforms, Big Data and automation technologies such as RPA and electronic forms
- Perform technology proof-of-concepts (POC) on new technologies and approaches with the support of other IT teams and vendors
- Responsible for the negotiation, relationship management, tracking, troubleshooting and reporting of team commitments with other departments
- As part of the IT leadership, develop policies, standards and procedures to enable effective, efficient & secure operations
Requirements:- More than 10 years’ experience as Enterprise Solutions Architect with track record of systems integration capabilities across enterprise systems including on premise systems and Cloud-based Applications (Salesforce, Workday), Analytics and Big Data
- At least 5 years prior experience as People Manager with direct reports of highly technical architects and developers
- Strong understanding of technology platforms such as Java, .NET and Mobile Development frameworks
- Track record in large complex technology transformation projects preferably gained through a large consulting or system integration companies
- Strong experience in managing stakeholders and external partners
- Demonstrated critical thinking and adaptable to change
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
