Job Description

  • Manage the Bank's environmental sustainability data repository. Coordinate and manage the gathering, consolidation and checking of environmental sustainability data from regional countries
  • Establish environmental sustainability content for the Bank's Sustainability Report annually
  • Drive and coordinate with regional countries' Sustainability Lead and Corporate Real Estate Services function to implement their Decarbonization Roadmap to achieve the Bank's decarbonization targets
  • Coordinate, advise and assist regional countries to achieve their green building certifications
  • Assist in the establishment and implementation of sustainable design, features and solutions for the Bank's new real estate assets
  • Assist in the formulation, development and implementation of sustainability-related policies, guidelines and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability requirements into various work processes within the Corporate Real Estate Services function, e.g. facilities management, office and branches fit-outs
  • Develop network / partnerships with external stakeholders to drive collaborations, initiatives and projects for sustainability
  • Monitor local legislations and track current and emerging technical and management trends related to sustainability
  • Other additional tasks and areas as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
  • Passionate about Sustainability
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability-related or Engineering discipline
  • Significant knowledge of sustainability solutions, best practices, technologies, standards, frameworks and methodologies, e.g. energy efficiency, green building certification (Green Mark etc), renewable energy, environmental management system, sustainability report, carbon emission methodology, GRI, ISSB etc
  • Minimum 8 years of sustainability-related management and/or project experience
  • Good communicator, influencer and team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Independent worker, ability to take initiatives for more ideas and actions, and interact and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve problems and deliver results
