You will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing structured finance transactions in OCBC’s target markets in Asia and beyond. In the course of working on such transactions within SPFA, a specialized product team, you will be closely working with sector coverage teams in Singapore and overseas branches, as well as other product teams within Global Wholesale Banking.If you are passionate about working on multiple transactions across sectors in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of key sectors including Renewables, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, infrastructure, etc. as well as the ability to handle complex project structures and commercial, technical and legal issues found in financing of greenfield as well as brownfield projects. The candidate shall be detail oriented and a strong communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will also need to effectively manage multiple transactions independently and proactive. As Executive Director, the candidate will provide leadership within the team and across Bank with strategic initiatives and guidance to colleagues.
