About the Role
Act as a strategy partner to senior business leaders across key business units. Lead end-to-end strategy engagements, including market entry, business turnarounds, and 5-year strategic roadmaps. Coordinate the group-wide strategic planning cycle, aligning financial planning with business priorities. Craft compelling narratives for senior leadership, investor engagement, and external stakeholders. Build strategic partnerships and bring “outside-in” perspectives to influence C-suite decisions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between corporate strategy, finance, technology, M&A, and sustainability teams.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
12 - 15 years of experience, including 3–5 years at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG). Experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or business development. Ability to distill complex data into clear insights for C-level decision-makers. Proven stakeholder management across senior leadership, government agencies, and external partners. A curious, analytical mindset with the drive to challenge the status quo and influence change.
