Vice President of Sales

As a Vice President of Sales at our esteemed organization, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding sales operations across various channels such as retail, e-commerce, and wholesale. Your primary responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, building and nurturing a high-performing sales team, and establishing a robust sales infrastructure to facilitate market expansion.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend strategic vision with hands-on execution and foster cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting and implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Exploring new markets, identifying untapped revenue streams, and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams on pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performance sales team across direct, indirect, and channel sales, setting clear expectations and KPIs.
  • Overseeing sales performance across all customer touchpoints, including D2C (online and offline), B2B/wholesale, and strategic partnerships.
  • Optimizing conversion rates, upselling strategies, and customer engagement in collaboration with retail and e-commerce teams.
  • Spearheading negotiations for wholesale and distribution agreements.
  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience consistent with the brand's premium positioning.
  • Leading sales forecasting, pipeline management, and budget planning, providing regular updates and strategic insights to the executive team.
