Job description

• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
• Leading renewable energy corporate firm
• Candidates must have relevant sector experience (in Renewables or Infrastructure sector)

Responsibilities would include:

• Develop, update, maintain and optimize detailed financial models for renewable energy project models across development and operation phases
• Support project evaluation by working closely with development, legal, and finance teams and external advisors to provide up-to-date information concerning local tax and regulation matters impacting company’s investments
• Carry out in-dept risk-return evaluation of investment opportunities with focus on return optimization and scenario analysis
• Track and analyse actual project performance in collaboration with finance and operations teams
• Provide financial projections and analysis to support permitting, financing and deal structuring, including lender models and draft term sheets
• Prepare investment memorandum and presentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to financing strategies / ideation for new development initiatives, exploring innovating structures and funding options (i.e Negotiate and secure project financing)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Years of experience: Minimum 6-8 Investment, Corporate or Project Finance, Big 4 advisory experience
• Advanced financial modelling skills and project finance modelling experience
• MANDATORY: Industry experience, having done some relevant renewable energy & Infrastructure projects in a corporate, advisory firm or bank
• Strong communication skills with good stakeholder management
