Our financial solutions are best-in-class and tailored to individual needs. We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join the Capital Markets products team within our Regional Consumer Banking investment business. The candidate will collaborate closely with consumer investment product teams across seven locations (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, India, Thailand) to grow revenue by developing clear multi-year product strategies, sourcing top-tier products from internal and external partners, and leveraging the expertise of PB product teams. The role also involves measuring performance to optimize sales effectiveness for the Treasures & Retail segments. Product scope includes Equities and Equity derivatives, Interest rate / currency linked structured products, FX, Dual Currency Investments, and Bonds.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate new product ideas with country teams, develop product expansion initiatives, oversee process coordination including system enhancements and infrastructure development, and collaborate with Product Due Diligence and the COO office to secure regional approval before submission to the Investment Product Council.
  2. Define and implement the regional capital market product proposition for Treasures & Retail clients, ensuring alignment with regional practices on Product & Advisory frameworks for higher-wealth segments.
  3. Disseminate regional guidelines, practices, and regulatory information to local teams, and promote regional standardization by aligning processes and development frameworks through knowledge sharing.
  4. Monitor product revenue metrics across markets, identify issues or gaps, propose and implement remediation plans in collaboration with country teams, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  5. Work with the regional platform team to deliver system implementations and enhancements on schedule, and identify future improvement opportunities.
  6. Develop annual business plans with management, setting goals, service expectations, market strategies, competitive advantages, profitability, and revenue targets, and track progress against these goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience in wealth management product roles, with P&L ownership and a strong understanding of capital market products, industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.
  • CFA Charter holder or candidate preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic business planning, product lifecycle management, and platform/system implementations across multiple Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Meticulous, driven, analytical, process-oriented, with leadership abilities to deliver business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
