Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the detailed definition and documentation of business requirements for fund transfer and payment services within the new corporate internet banking platform.
- Define and structure epics, feature lists, and user stories that accurately reflect business needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with business vendors and internal teams to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and cross functional teams during the requirements definition phase.
- Incorporate industry best practices, standards, and relevant regulatory requirements into the requirements documentation.
- Ensure all requirements support current industry initiatives and innovations in payments and fund transfer services.
- Facilitate prioritization and refinement sessions to maintain a well-groomed agile backlog aligned with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Product Owner or in a similar role, specifically within corporate internet banking platforms focused on payments and fund transfers.
- Proven expertise in defining epics, features, and user stories in an agile context.
- Strong understanding of payment fund transfer processes on corporate internet banking platform, and applicable industry standards.
- Experience working with IT and cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage scope.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and security considerations relevant to internet banking payments is highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge of corporate internet banking products and customer experience considerations.
