Job description

Job Summary: The person is responsible for managing the daily P&L production and Balance-Sheet Banking integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily P&L production and Balance-Sheet analysis for Banking.
• Managing accounting and reporting for Loans, Bonds, Impairment, and Securitisation products, new deal reviews, and revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS9 & IFRS15.
• Net Interest Margin analysis, stakeholder engagement, and representing Product Control in various forums.
• Ensure adherence with BAU controls, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Produce periodic MI packs with commentaries and establish best practices across PC processes, including streamlining and automation.
• Review Key Control Indicators, support control & governance, handle external audits and regulatory queries.
• Support new business initiatives, lead project delivery, and mentor the team.

Qualifications: CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution. 10+ years of experience in banking finance.
