Role Description
The candidate will be a key member of the Marketing, Business Analytics, and Customer Experience leadership team. The role involves building the digibank and DBS Treasures brand, driving user growth and consumer engagement through offline and online media.
Key Responsibilities
- Annual Media Strategy and Plan: Develop and monitor the media strategy and activity calendar for digibank, DBS Treasures, and DBS mass market segments based on business objectives. Track progress, measure effectiveness, and report to stakeholders.
- Campaign Design and Execution: Collaborate with media agencies to design campaigns across online and offline channels. Track and report campaign performance.
- User Acquisition Strategy and Execution: Define and implement the user acquisition plan aligned with business goals, leveraging online marketing channels.
- Funnel Management and Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end customer journey from prospecting to conversion.
- Consumer Engagement and Retention: Manage the consumer's lifetime journey, engaging through media touchpoints to meet business objectives.
- Media Alliances and Partnerships: Build and nurture partnerships with ecosystem players like Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc., to enhance media efficiency.
Experience and Skills
- 12-20 years of hands-on experience in leveraging media for business results, either in an agency or as an advertiser.
- Strong experience in performance marketing and brand objectives.
- Deep understanding of media, digital, and advertising ecosystems.
- Proven leadership in managing high-performance teams.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams globally and influencing stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- MBA from a premier institute.
