Job Purpose:

We seek a passionate, results-driven marketing professional with strategic thinking skills and the ability to foster collaboration across business units. This role will lead comprehensive marketing efforts for Payment products such as Paylah and Debit Cards, as well as CBG’s strategic initiatives and segments. Reporting to the Team Lead of Payment, Channels, and Ecosystem, the individual will oversee end-to-end development and execution of marketing activities to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders from planning to implementation of acquisition and usage campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and managing social and content marketing campaigns. The role also involves segment marketing, product packaging for target audiences, and positioning DBS as the preferred bank for their financial needs. The person will contribute to growing DBS’s market share against new digital banks and reinforce our leadership in consumer banking.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market campaigns across BTL, ATL, and offline channels to boost brand awareness, acquisition, and engagement, ensuring timely implementation across products and segments.
  • Utilize data analytics to gain consumer insights and craft targeted campaign propositions tailored to different life stages, leveraging product CVPs.
  • Design experiments to refine campaign propositions, uncover insights, and maximize business impact.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to optimize spend.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, organize, and present marketing plans to senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in squad discussions, contribute marketing expertise, review customer journeys, and collaborate on partnership initiatives to achieve shared goals.
  • Establish key marketing metrics and tracking tools to monitor and report campaign performance.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through testing, experiments, and gamification, providing impact reports.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met and team members perform optimally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or Business, with at least 10 years of experience in marketing financial consumer products across traditional, social, and digital channels. Experience in marketing payment banking products is advantageous. Prior work with advertising agencies is a plus.
  • A growth-minded marketer with strong business acumen, capable of co-owning business targets, budgets, and campaign delivery for credit card and payment products.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale 360 ATL, OOH, BTL, and digital/social campaigns. Ability to leverage Gen AI tools for creative and communication content.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects and expectations across teams. Ability to translate creative ideas into business strategies.
  • Experience pitching marketing ideas to stakeholders, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative mindset with good visual and color sense, combined with analytical skills and data literacy.
  • Ability to measure advertising impact and align it with business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple agencies, vendors, and production teams.
