    As a Vice President of Operations at Piramal Nextgen Industries, a leading civil contractor in India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the company's day-to-day operations. With contracts from reputed developers across the country, including Piramal Realty, Larsen & Toubro, and Godrej Properties Limited, you will lead a team of over 150 people to ensure the successful execution of projects.Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, mentoring department heads, and analyzing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborating with senior management, you will make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals while working on ERP software.To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in an operations leadership role within the construction or civil contracting industry. An MBA is preferred, and you should possess a strong understanding of operational strategies, financial management, and project management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strategic and forward-thinking approach.This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with weekend availability. The job requires a total of 7 years of work experience and a Master's degree.
