We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering team. In this leadership role, you will drive product innovation, oversee the engineering strategy, and foster a high-performance culture. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology and engineering processes while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead the engineering department, setting vision, goals, and strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Team Management: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end engineering process from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of innovative products.
• Technical Excellence: Drive technical innovation and ensure the adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies across the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and other departments to align engineering efforts with business priorities.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee departmental budgeting and resource allocation to ensure project success.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate engineering performance, implementing improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and scalability.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate engineering risks while maintaining high standards for quality and security.

• Proven experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of scaling engineering teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
