Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for enhancement of underwriting risk control and management framework.
  • Coordinate for organizing underwriting committee with Risk Management Department in the region.
  • Set up and monitor the underwriting loss/stress loss guideline.
  • Prepare and manage internal reports for underwriting risk control and management.
  • Business administration of syndicated loans and loan related transactions, including but not limited to, those business promotion, performance evaluation, resource allocation, risk management, regulatory & governance matters, and new products developments.
  • Develop team members’ skill and motivate others to maximize the outcome of the team.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments of Head Office and peer departments to efficiently enhance business and governance in APAC and East Asia region.
Job Requirements
  • Diverse experiences in corporate finance including M&A finance, sponsor finance, property finance, and other asset finances in practice.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is preferred as this role needs to create regular reports to Japanese Financial Service Agency and to liaise with Head Office.
  • Knowledge of Japanese Banking Law is an advantage.
