This senior leadership role will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop key client relationships, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in liability insurance and a strong track record of building high-performance sales teams.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the companys liability insurance market share and drive revenue growth. Ensure the sales strategy aligns with broader organizational goals to drive unified business growth. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative environment. Identify and target new business opportunities, leveraging market insights to enhance product offerings and meet emerging client needs. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners to enhance brand loyalty and establish long-term partnerships. Oversee sales processes, manage budgets, and optimize operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Utilize data analytics to monitor team performance, client trends, and KPIs, adjusting strategies to exceed sales goals. Collaborate with Product Development, Underwriting, and Marketing teams to ensure product alignment with client needs and drive targeted campaigns.
