Department Overview
The Learning Experience team is responsible for all aspects of Learning design, delivery and program management. Partnering closely with the Talent Management team, Learning Experience leads design training and development interventions based on divisional business needs and are equipped to deliver those interventions through classroom facilitation, online training and vendor partnerships. The team also partners closely with HR colleagues across AEJ, Learning and Talent colleagues in other regions, and cross-regional clients.
Role Description
The Learning Experience team lead is responsible for the design and delivery of all learning deliverables, as well as learning program management across a variety of core curriculum courses. The role offers the rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning professional to partner with an inhouse Talent Management team and work on designing business related training needs in a highly consultative and collaborative team and organizational dynamic. Whilst supporting the AEJ region, this role will also have responsibilities of a global scope, helping design, deliver and manager cross-divisional and cross-region training and events. The role offers a high degree of autonomy but also requires an ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced industry, managing multiple pieces of work with competing deadlines and maintaining relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and colleagues.
