Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and support the management of comprehensive initiatives for the APAC IT Targeting Operating Model, including project plans, timeline, resourcing and communication strategies.
  • Experienced in some of these areas including IT workforce planning, talent management, learning and development, employee experience and project management.
  • Program management and aligning activities, resources (including vendor management where relevant) and output to achieve defined goals and outcomes.
  • Track and manage programme include conducting regular reviews and meeting, reporting progress to senior management.
  • Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPI) and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage stakeholders expectations and provide regular updates and address concerns effectively.
  • Support cross functional teams, fostering collaborations and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Analytical, creative and resourceful in managing initiatives and work challenges.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT Information System & Management, HR & IT Business Administration, Banking & Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience within the financial industry or banking industry, preferably in the Technology and/or Digital department.
  • Experience in establishing and driving Business Management support for Technology department in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Proven track record in planning and coordinating with businesses and IT teams in establishing IT strategy and providing regular tracking and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programme with multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced technical and business environment and multi-task whilst delivering high quality solutions.
  • Savvy in Microsoft powerpoint and excel, have good presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and detailed oriented.
  • Strong innovative mentality and mindset.
  • High level of adaptability, creativity and strategic thinking to navigate a dynamic business environment
