A globally recognized asset management firm is seeking a Vice President – Investment Compliance to oversee compliance monitoring, ensure regulatory adherence, and develop compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in investment compliance and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, with a competitive salary starting at SGD 200K.
Oversee compliance monitoring across a diverse range of global investment strategies.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, internal, and client-imposed guidelines.
Develop and enhance compliance frameworks, systems, and controls.
Act as a key liaison between investment, legal/compliance teams, and external regulators.
Provide advisory support on new fund and product launches.
Investigate and resolve compliance breaches, driving root cause analysis and remediation.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and assess their impact on investment activities.
Lead training and awareness programs across investment and trading teams.
10+ years of experience in investment or markets compliance within asset management or institutional investment firms.
Strong working knowledge of MAS, HKMA, and global regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience with compliance tools such as Bloomberg, Charles River, Aladdin, or similar.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or related; CFA, CAIA, IMC are highly regarded.
Able to work autonomously in a low-ego, high-accountability culture.
Salary: SGD 200K+ (negotiable).
