Job description

The Vice President position is a crucial role within our team, where you will collaborate directly with Vice Presidents and Senior Management across all aspects of our business operations. Your responsibilities will involve handling the origination and execution of transactions, as well as nurturing relationships with investors and industry professionals.Your primary focus will be on Debt deals within impact sectors such as Financial Inclusion, Affordable Education, Affordable Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Women Empowerment, and Waste Management. Your success in this role will rely heavily on your exceptional relationship management abilities with clients and investors, combined with your aptitude for teamwork.Some of your key responsibilities will include raising and arranging capital, placing debt securities with investors, and overseeing a diverse range of assignments from initial client pitches to transaction closings. You will independently manage deal execution for debt transactions, including reaching out to investors, negotiating terms, collaborating with third-party service providers, advising on definitive documents, and ensuring successful closings.You will be expected to effectively communicate regulatory and financial information, as well as complex strategic issues in a clear and concise manner to facilitate transaction structuring. Furthermore, you will be required to develop and nurture client networks across various sectors, support client acquisition efforts, and build relationships with Wholesale lenders, Banks, NBFCs, and Foreign lenders.To excel in this role, you should possess 6-10 years of experience in investment banking or boutique M&A or private equity advisory firms, with a strong background in business development, deal pitching, and deal execution across various transaction types. Additionally, you must demonstrate strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to mentor and develop junior staff members.This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
