Right now, they are seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to lead their strategic HR initiatives, drive talent management, and enhance organizational effectiveness. This person will serve as a key HR leader, driving talent acquisition, workforce strategy, leadership development, and HR transformation. This role requires expertise in financial services HR practices, regulatory compliance, and culture transformation in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape organizational culture and workforce planning.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives, including digital HR solutions and process automation.

Talent Management & Organizational Development

• Oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Implement performance management frameworks that drive a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.

HR Compliance & Employee Relations

• Ensure HR policies align with financial industry regulations and labor laws.
• Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and compliance reporting.
• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the firm.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics

• Work with finance and HR teams to develop competitive compensation and benefits structures.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to drive workforce decisions.
• Oversee the implementation of HR technology solutions for better efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role within financial services.
• Expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Strong knowledge of financial industry labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience driving HR digital transformation and culture change initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) are a plus.
