You will lead a team working with business units, support functions, and global markets to achieve ambitious innovation outcomes and provide thought leadership. Responsibilities:

Horizon 3 Initiatives

• Collaborate with Business & Support Groups to develop ambitious new products and services.
• Advance new concepts through an accelerator for validation and production readiness.
• Monitor the portfolio of launched products for benefit realization.

Fintech / Startup Partnerships

• Develop and manage startup programs to deliver innovations across products and markets.
• Implement innovation strategies, design workshops, and provide resources to foster collaboration and successful product development.
• Offer thought leadership on financial technology and the startup ecosystem to promote collaboration.
• Manage the innovation process and engage with business, technology, and support units.
• Drive the innovation agenda in alignment with business strategies.

Innovation Research

• Provide thought leadership to position the bank as the most innovative.
• Conduct research to craft and deliver innovative products and solutions.
• Develop learning programs to build knowledge experts within the bank.
• Analyze research findings to generate useful insights.
• Perform primary and secondary research on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Identify Horizon 3 propositions as part of a portfolio of ambitious innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and hands-on.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Capable of managing multiple demands.
