A leading financial services firm seeks a Vice President, Equity Derivatives Flow Sales to enhance client relations and develop new business in Asia's equity derivatives market. The role involves close collaboration with various teams, requiring a strong understanding of the financial landscape and excellent relationship-building skills.
As the Vice President, Equity Derivatives Flow Sales, you will focus on managing relationships with global institutional clients trading APAC flow products including listed and OTC options, light exotics, and delta1 swaps. You will be accountable for converting existing client relationships and developing new ones, while also collaborating with Cash Sales to enhance the client franchise and expand market share. You require a strong understanding of the equity derivatives market in Asia and involves engaging with various partners across Global Markets to align products with client needs.
Responsibilities
Cover clients for listed and OTC options, light exotics, and delta1 swaps.
Contribute to content generation of the business, engage with and liaise with key partners in other sales divisions.
Provide desk ideas, client coverage focus and expand market share, book trades and suggest initiatives for automation and improvement.
Requirements
Experience in the financial markets and equity business.
Knowledge of options pricing is required.
Technical skills to understand first and second order effects of stock prices upon options.
Experience with order management systems and client coverage booking.

Relationship Building skills
