Main Responsibilities

Develop a strong client intimacy

  • Conduct an intense and productive client activity
  • High commercial intensity with clients and prospects
  • Ensure client expectations match with Natixis strategy and capability (upfront client / deal screening)
  • Strategic dialogue
  • Relevant pitch
  • Capitalize existing account by developing “strategic” & “day to day” relationship
  • Multiple level of contact• Intimate & quality dialogue
  • Log quality data In NAT1 to follow up on your client activity and deal pipeline
  • Relevant information & action plan

Develop Corporate business

  • Support new transactions in line with Natixis roadmap
  • Green, 8 sectors, solution house, asset light model, solution vs. flow business
  • Achieve Corporate Coverage budget
  • Co responsibility with Senior Bankers – one team• Proactive origination and initiatives
  • Maximize hit ratio
  • Penetrate client portfolio
  • Responsibility of offshore entities and “important” clients
  • Support subsidiaries / operational entities penetration, MNC’s
  • Maximize interactions with product partners
  • Relevant business development
  • Efficient deal execution (pitch, bizcom, credit memo, facility …)

Originate all products

  • Full Coverage origination
  • Increase equipment rate across Natixis products suite
  • Full responsibility on flow products
  • Accountable for pricing and T&Cs to ensure the right level of EVA

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of senior front office experience with corporates
  • Very good understanding of banking products (investment banking, structured finance and capital markets) and extensive local corporate connections
  • Master degree / CPA
  • Corporate Finance
  • Legal understanding
  • Strong presentation / communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Chinese (optional) to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
  • Well structured, organized and systematic
  • Solid analytical and credit skills
