Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide review / recomendation over ESG risk due diligence results on corporate lending and project finance
  • To discuss / negotiate the modification and amendments to ESG due diligence results
  • To write up ESG comments based on the review and support making informed credit decisions
  • To oversee the development and implementation of the framework and ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations and industry best practices
  • To contribute to the development of risk management policies/frameworks in the area of ESG
  • To provide guidance on ESG related policies/guidelines
  • To communicate with other relevant departments related to ESG matters

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. A total of minimum of 7 years experience of which at least 3 years of relevant working experience in ESG risk analysis. Experience in ESG risk analysis on corporates lending and project finance is desirable.
  3. Strong ESG risk analysis skills. Ability to prepare clear and concise ESG risk recommendations.
  4. Knowledge in ESG risk assessment methodologies and advisory
  5. Knowledge of ESG related regulation/frameworks
  6. Flexible and collaborative to achieve a goal in complex and cross-organizational working environment
  7. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
