If you are ready to influence at board level, challenge the status quo, and translate financial insights into actionable business growth — this is for you.

What You Will Own
  • Direct all FP&A processes — budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning — with speed and accuracy
  • Translate complex financial data into practical recommendations that impact revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization
  • Design and implement commercial models that sharpen pricing, product mix, and go-to-market strategy
  • Present data-driven insights and clear recommendations to the CEO, executive team, and board
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a culture of accountability and business partnership
  • Strengthen financial governance, processes, and systems to scale as the business grows
  • Operate as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities and risks
What We Expect From You
  • 15+ years in senior finance leadership roles with a track record of commercial FP&A and strategy impact
  • Mastery of financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven business storytelling
  • Evidence of driving measurable results through finance transformation and strategic initiatives
  • Experience collaborating across commercial, product, and operations teams — you know how to challenge and influence
  • Proven ability to work at board level, with clear and confident executive presence
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — you thrive on complexity and ambiguity
  • Professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACA, or equivalent) and an MBA or similar is highly valued

Why Join our client?

  • Complex challenges that will test and grow your capabilities
  • A culture that values straight talk, intellectual honesty, and relentless execution
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
