Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing business relationships with Japanese accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth. You will collaborate closely with clients' regional headquarters and Marsh’s local offices to develop effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

We will count on you to:

  • Maintain and nurture business relationships with Japanese accounts, identifying and developing new and expansion opportunities within these accounts.
  • Manage relationships across the region, collaborating with clients' regional headquarters in Singapore and working closely with Marsh's local offices.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for managed accounts, leveraging an in-depth understanding of client needs, market trends, and internal product offerings.
  • Conduct robust analyses to create effective custom product solutions for new or existing accounts, ensuring compliance with pricing and policy standards.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network and represent the Company.

What you need to have:

  • Demonstrated success in managing a mid-sized book of business with larger or nuanced accounts across various industries, showcasing ability to drive growth and client satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
