We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Vice President, CEO Office.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support HSBC Life Singapore's CEO and the CEO Office team in formulating and tracking annual operating plans and strategic objectives.
  • Assist in preparing materials for business updates and strategic reviews with senior local and global stakeholders.
  • Support business-facing communication and ongoing interactions with regulators on key updates.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging opportunities to inform decision-making.
  • Provide secretariat support for key decision-making committees.
  • Manage and track the CEO scorecard.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of enterprise-wide projects and support the implementation of key strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate company and employee engagement events and communications, including drafting and collating materials from across the business.
