Job Purpose

The digital advisory team is developing an exciting new project focused on driving investment & insurance (I&I) / retail-wealth customer acquisition and retention through online transactions and offline leads. The aim is to build a strong, lasting wealth relationship with our retail customers in Singapore.

Position: Campaigns & Communications Lead

This role also serves as the project programme lead, responsible for effective communication with external stakeholders (customers) via acquisition/retention campaigns and internal stakeholders involved in the project. The successful candidate will foster stakeholder trust and support for the project.

Responsibilities
  1. Stakeholder Management: Drive internal alignment and stakeholder relationships to ensure project deliverables are met. Demonstrate relationship-building and persuasive skills.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead successful acquisition and retention campaigns, identifying gaps and aligning expectations across teams.
  3. Communication Excellence: Manage internal communications regarding product updates and milestones. Lead external communication strategies in collaboration with group communications.
  4. Content Marketing & Campaign Rollout: Ensure high-quality content (text and visuals) for marketing assets, emphasizing USPs and campaign impact.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in financial or technology services. Experience in content marketing, digital campaigns, and product design is advantageous.
  2. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  3. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strategic thinker with a focus on impactful I&I campaigns for acquisition and retention.
  5. Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  6. Proficient in PowerPoint.
