We are seeking a high-caliber professional for the role of Vice President.

Principal Responsibilities

The VP, ALCM supports activities related to capital and liquidity management, including analytics for earnings and capital for ALCO deliberations. The role also involves serving as the secretariat for the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO), organizing meetings, coordinating with teams, and preparing minutes.

  • Support capital management activities such as capital injections, dividends, and reductions.
  • Assist in liquidity management, monitoring liquidity positions, stress testing, and optimizing cash management across portfolios.
  • Perform analytics related to earnings, capital, and product profitability to support ALCO functions.
  • Ensure ALCO issues are monitored and controlled through effective meetings and documentation.
  • Organize ALCO meetings, ensuring timely submission of materials.
  • Maintain accurate minutes and follow-up on action items and decisions.
  • Liaise with Finance, Actuarial, Risk, Investment, and ALM teams for comprehensive preparation.
  • Coordinate with Group Insurance and bank finance teams on capital management.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication on ALCO topics.
  • Foster collaboration and ensure timely submission of papers and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, risk limits, and regulations.
  • Provide updates on ALCO topics to stakeholders.
  • Conduct stress testing and manage risks related to capital and liquidity.
  • Oversee financial risk management, including risk appetite and impact evaluations.
  • Enhance economic profit by improving net profits and promoting efficiency.
