About the role

Join the growing team at The Eye Specialist For Animals Pte. Ltd. as a Veterinary Nurse/Technician. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional care to our animal patients in the East Region. As a valued member of our close-knit, dedicated team, you will work alongside our experienced Veterinarians to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to every animal that walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting Veterinarians during examinations, procedures and treatments
• Monitoring and caring for hospitalised patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing
• Performing laboratory tests, preparing samples and maintaining accurate medical records
• Providing excellent customer service to clients, educating them on animal health and aftercare
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Restocking supplies and ensuring the clinic is well-equipped

What we're looking for

• A recognised Veterinary Nursing or Animal Care qualification
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Veterinary Nurse/Technician in a clinical setting
• Applicants with no experience has to have a related diploma or certificate.
• Knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and common diseases and treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
