Qualifications

• Areas of study in Veterinary Medicine or Veterinary Science.

• Motivated, proactive, with good problem-solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee biosurveillance programmes for emerging animal diseases and public health threats.
• Lead investigations of animal disease outbreaks, including field work and sampling coordination.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop emergency plans for animal health incidents.
• Deliver stakeholder engagement and training on biosurveillance and biosecurity.
• Produce scientific reports and educational materials to disseminate biosurveillance knowledge.
