Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in IT support.
• Knowledge of network switches, UPS, firewalls.
• Experience in handling ships automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for vessels and on-board support as needed.
• Install, maintain, and optimize IT systems.
• Ensure system availability and reliability.
