Position Overview

The Vertical Head E-Retail & Fashion will lead strategic direction and operational execution, developing innovative solutions for these fast-paced industries.

Job Purpose

This role drives revenue growth, builds long-term client relationships, and enhances Blue Dart's leadership in e-retail and fashion sectors through strategic partnerships and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue, drive innovation, and align goals with organizational objectives.
• Client Management & Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients, act as escalation point, and develop tailored logistics solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline operations, reduce costs, leverage technology, and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Market Intelligence & Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and contribute to new product development.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, establish KPIs, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: MBA/PGDM in Business Management, Marketing, or Supply Chain. Certifications in E-Commerce Logistics, Supply Chain Innovation, or Data Analytics are preferred.

Experience: 10-15 years in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on e-commerce or fashion clients, managing complex portfolios, and driving revenue growth.

• Expertise in e-commerce supply chains, last-mile delivery, and omnichannel strategies.
• Proficient in data analytics, logistics technologies, and compliance standards.
