Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities

Red Dot Penguins is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee operations, ensure excellent customer service, and develop efficient workflows.

Main Duties:
  • Ensure quality and excellent service for B2B and B2C clients
  • Oversee the growth of the Learn-To-Swim program
  • Manage coaching team schedules
  • Handle hotline inquiries
  • Book venues for business needs
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory lists
  • Organize weekly operations meetings
  • Prepare and send monthly reports to the CEO
  • Meet with the CEO monthly or as needed
Additional Duties:
  • Attend Learn To Coach training and complete attachment hours
  • Participate in courses as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of operational experience in the service industry
  • Degree holder preferred
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Active, independent, and outspoken
  • Team player
  • Willing to travel regularly for site visits
  • Willing to work 6 days a week (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm; one weekend)
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice
