Role Overview

We're seeking ambitious Venture Scouts or Start-up Partnership Managers to identify and bring promising startups to our platform for fundraising and business development services.

Compensation Structure
  • Base: Competitive salary after successful deal closure
  • Success Fee: 5-10% of revenue from successful deals
  • Additional incentives for long-term client relationships
  • Performance bonuses for exceeding targets
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and screen potential startups seeking funding (Seed to Series A)
  • Build and maintain relationships with startup founders
  • Present Power Nest Talent's value proposition to potential clients
  • Facilitate initial meetings between startups and our fundraising team
  • Support basic due diligence processes
  • Network at startup events and entrepreneurship forums
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
  • Regularly report scouting activities and lead status
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • Understanding of startup ecosystem and fundraising landscape
  • Knowledge of various business models and industry verticals
Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years in startup ecosystem
  • Previous experience in business development or sales
  • Network within startup community
