Our Client is an Asia-based early-stage technology investment manager, backed by a major Asian conglomerate. With a focus on synergistic themes across Gaming & Entertainment, Leisure & Hospitality, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, and Energy, the firm invests in innovative technology companies driving future growth.

As the point person for Singapore operations, you will oversee the full spectrum of fund operations, finance, and administration, working closely with fund administrators, banks, auditors, and compliance advisors. This role is ideal for someone with years of fund accounting or operations experience who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fund operations, including capital planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Liaise with external service providers on fund administration, compliance, and audit matters.
• Support investment process workflows, governance, and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor portfolio performance and enhance internal processes for greater efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in fund accounting, fund operations, or financial control (PE/VC/asset management background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fund structures, NAV, capital calls, and distributions.
• Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements in Singapore.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong communication skills.
